1. Data controller
1.1 The data controller is Hôtel Les Augustines, whose registered office is located at 18, route de la Plage 80120 QUEND (hereinafter “Hôtel Les Augustines”). As such, Hôtel Les Augustines – and/or its service providers acting in its name and on its behalf – determines the purposes and technical and legal means of processing personal data and undertakes to take all necessary organizational measures to ensure secure processing in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “the Law”) and the European Regulation of 26 April 2016 on the protection of data of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR Regulation”).
1.2. Hôtel Les Augustines is free to choose any natural or legal person who processes users' personal data at its request and on its behalf (hereinafter "the subcontractor"). Where applicable, Hôtel Les Augustines undertakes to select a subcontractor offering sufficient guarantees regarding the technical and organizational security measures for the processing of personal data.
2. Processing of personal data
2.1. Use of the Site, access to certain of its sections and/or any request for information or services from users of the Site may result in the disclosure of personal data. The processing of this data by the company Hôtel Les Augustines, SAS SOHAM, (hereinafter referred to as "Hôtel Les Augustines"), in its capacity as Data Controller, and/or by service providers acting in the name and on behalf of Hôtel Les Augustines, will comply with the Law and the GDPR Regulation.
2.2. This Privacy Policy is intended to allow users to know, even before accessing the various sections of the Site and communicating their personal data, how Hôtel Les Augustines processes users' personal data. The user must necessarily read it before communicating their personal data by filling out the forms provided for this purpose in the various sections of the Site.
2.3. Personal data will be processed primarily in an automated manner, with procedures strictly related to the purposes mentioned in point 3.
2.4. Hôtel Les Augustines also collects certain personal data from users in order to recognize them and offer them an optimal, high-quality and personalized user experience. This collection also makes it possible to correct any errors on the Site. The information collected relates to the user's connection (IP address, geographical area, day and time of consultation, services consulted and/or used, etc.) as well as the device from which the connection takes place.

On the other hand, any failure, partial or inaccurate information on optional personal data that is not necessary does not entail any consequences.
3. Purposes of processing personal data
3.1. Depending on the different sections of the Site, the purposes of processing personal data will be as follows :
a) to authorize the user to register on the Site, as any authorization is necessary for access to certain specific sections of the Site as well as for the use and interaction with the different services offered ;
b) after prior consent of the user and until the revocation of this consent, to carry out marketing activities (such as, by way of example but not limited to, sending promotional and advertising material, carrying out related analyses on registered users, which allow the Hotel Les Augustines to improve its services and products offered to its customers); and this including by email, MMS and SMS, after prior special consent of the user and until its revocation ;
c) the management of the relationship between the Hotel Les Augustines and users, for example by sending newsletters to offer the user information on all updates to the Site, offers, menus; d) respond to user requests relating to the products of the Hôtel Les Augustines, or to the Site (section "Contact us", "Prices and offers" of the Site) ;
3.2. User registration on the Site is not required for the provision of certain services offered by the Hôtel Les Augustines (for example, the services mentioned above in paragraphs c) and d)). However, in order to respond to any requests from users concerning these services, the latter will be invited to provide certain personal data, which will be processed for purposes purely relating to the request and only for the period concerned.

We and our trusted partners use cookies and other technologies in our related services, including when you visit our Site or access our Services.

We also use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about your use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users access the Site, the pages they visit when they do so, etc. We use the information we obtain from Google Analytics only to improve our Site and services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Sites, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Personal data that may be processed
The following data is collected and processed:
Information users provide by filling in forms or by contacting us by phone, email or any other means. This information may include users' name, address, email address and telephone number. With regard to each of users' visits to the Site, we automatically collect the following information: - technical information, including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect to the internet, browser type and model, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and models, operating system and platform; - information about users' visit, including the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) data, clickstream to and from the Site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page.
6. Consent

7. Duration of retention of personal dataIn
accordance with the legal requirements imposed by the Law and the GDPR Regulation, the Hôtel Les Augustines only retains users' personal data for the time reasonably necessary to enable the accomplishment of the purposes for which they are processed.
8. Communication of users' personal data for internal purposes
8.1. Personal data may be transmitted to employees or collaborators of the Marketing department of the Hôtel Les Augustines who, operating under the direct authority of the latter, are appointed as data controllers or subcontractors of this data and will receive the appropriate operational instructions. Personal data may also be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of the controllers if the latter, appointed by the Hôtel Les Augustines, so decide, provided that this data is processed in accordance with the purposes pursued.
8.2. the Hôtel Les Augustines ensures that subcontractors, employees or collaborators guarantee the same level of protection as itself and it ensures that these subcontractors, employees or collaborators, will process personal data only for the purposes authorized by the purposes pursued, with the required discretion and security.
8.3. Personal data directly communicated by users by filling out online forms may be communicated and processed by the external service providers mentioned above acting in the name and on behalf of the Hôtel Les Augustines.
9. Recognized rights of users
9.1. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees fair and lawful processing of users' personal data.
9.2. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the user the right of access to his or her personal data. In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR Regulation, the user has the right to obtain from Hôtel Les Augustines the following (but not exhaustive) information concerning his or her personal data: a) the purposes of the processing; b) the categories of personal data concerned; c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients established in third countries or international organizations; d) where possible, the envisaged retention period for the personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period; (e) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
9.3. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the user the right to rectify and erase personal data. In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR Regulation, incorrect or inaccurate data may be corrected or erased at any time. It is up to the user to make the necessary changes themselves from their user account or via the contact form if no user account is available, and then to request Hôtel Les Augustines to make these changes if they cannot be made independently. The user has the right to obtain the erasure of their personal data in the cases listed in Article 17 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.4. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the right to limit processing. The user has the right to obtain the limitation of the processing of his personal data in the cases listed in Article 18 of the GDPR Regulation.
9.5. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the right to data portability. In accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR Regulation, users have the right to receive from Hôtel Les Augustines their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. They also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from Hôtel le Fiacre in the cases provided for by the GDPR Regulation.
9.6. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the right to object to the processing of data. The user has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time when there are compelling legitimate reasons relating to their particular situation. Hôtel Les Augustines will no longer process personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the user, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
9.7. Hôtel Les Augustines guarantees the right to lodge a complaintThe user has the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of his personal data by Hôtel Les Augustines with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy.
9.8. The user may, at any time, exercise the rights mentioned above by sending an email to contact@hotellesaugustines.fr or a letter by ordinary post addressed to: Hôtel Les Augustines 18, route de la Plage 80120 QUEND.
10. Limitation of liability of the data controller
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites controlled and operated by third parties not related to Hôtel Les Augustines. In such cases, Hôtel Les Augustines cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites, nor for the personal data protection practices of these third parties. Hôtel Les Augustines cannot be held responsible for the loss, corruption of data or identity theft, which may be caused in particular, but not limited to, the presence of viruses or computer attacks. The Site does not contain information directly intended for minors. Minors must not disclose personal information or data to Hôtel Les Augustines without parental consent. Consequently, Hôtel Les Augustines invites all persons exercising parental authority over minors to inform them about safe and responsible use of the internet.
11. Modifying the user's “profile”

12. Modification of the Privacy Policy
The Hôtel Les Augustines reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to comply with the obligations provided for by privacy protection legislation or in order to adapt it to its practices.
