1. Reservations

All reservations are considered firm and final upon receipt of written or electronic confirmation from the hotel.

An acknowledgment of receipt or confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

2. Online Reservations

• Instant online payment: The hotel offers a 5% discount for all reservations paid in full online via our partner Stripe. Reservations are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• For all online reservations without immediate payment: a bank imprint will be required to guarantee the reservation.
• For all reservations made 72 hours before arrival: full payment will be required to confirm the reservation.

3. Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before arrival: Any cancellation notified in writing (email or letter) more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any fees. A full refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer within 5 working days. For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival: In the event of cancellation notified less than 72 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, full payment of the booked stay will be required. No refund will be made.

4. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, cash. Full payment is required upon arrival.

5. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in time: From 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Departure time: No later than 11:00 a.m.
• Any late check-out may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.

6. Services and Benefits

• Breakfasts: offered at a price of €14 per person.
• Not available during certain times of the year (an information message will be posted on the site).
• Pets allowed with a flat rate of €8 per pet per night.
• Drinks and additional services: available upon guest arrival.
• Wellness services: treatments, yoga, and meditation offered by an external service provider. Reservations required upon arrival at the hotel.

7. Reservation Changes

Any changes to reservations (dates, duration, room type) are subject to acceptance by the hotel and may incur additional charges depending on availability and current rates.

8. Force Majeure

The hotel cannot be held responsible if it is unable to honor the reservation for reasons beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.). In this case, the customer will be fully refunded.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions will be subject to French law. The courts of the jurisdiction of the hotel's registered office will have sole jurisdiction.
