With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry around the world, he has worked for renowned brands such as Four Seasons Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, and MSC Cruises. This journey has taught him the importance of sincere attention, listening, and quality in every detail.
Since adolescence, Alessio has also nurtured a deep passion for wellness practices and natural approaches. Trained in foot and palm reflexology (Chinese and Western), initiated in Reiki by various masters, and a meditation teacher, he seeks to convey a simple vision: taking care of oneself, finding one's balance, and reconnecting with what is essential.
In the hotel's magnificent garden, he created a contemporary yurt, a peaceful space dedicated to meditation, healing, and rejuvenation. This space reflects his desire to offer guests of the Augustines an authentic and human experience, where simplicity and nature blend with comfort and conviviality.
